Lunch Salad with Apples, Grapes, and Grilled Chicken
After a long morning, sit down to this deliciously fresh lunch option! Loaded with fresh flavors, beautiful color, and protein, it’s a tasty and healthy lunch stop to fuel your afternoon.

1 c Mixed lettuce greens
1 Grilled chicken breast, sliced
¼ c Chopped apple
¼ c Green grapes, quartered or halved
1 tbsp Onion, diced
¼ c Burl, Maple Syrup & Pecan
Placed washed lettuce greens on plate, then add apple, grapes, and onion. Arrange chicken over greens and fruit. Top with Burl. It’s delicious with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy!
