CRANBERRY BURL MUFFINS

Makes: approximately 12 muffins

Prep time: about 10 minutes

Cook time: 16 - 18 minutes


REQUIRES:

2 cups Cranberry Burl

1 1/4 cup Low fat milk

1 Large egg

1/3 cup Brown sugar

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 cup All-purpose flour

1 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine Burl and milk in mixing bowl.  

Add egg, sugar, and oil to bowl and mix well.  

Add rest of ingredients and combine well, then set aside.  

Line muffin baking tray with paper cups, then fill cups to just below rim with batter.

Bake at 400° for 16-18 minutes until tops are lightly browned.  

Cool, serve, and enjoy!.
